                                                    INDIAN GOAT RECIPES

TANDOORI FLAVOURED BOER GOAT MEAT CURRY

Ingredients:

500g cubed boer goat meat
2 onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 x 390ml tinned tomatoes
200ml greek youghurt
Sainsburys tandoori flavouring
Lemon juice, a good squeeze

Mix yoghurt, lemon juice and tandoori spices in a bowl
Add the cubed boer goat meat and marinate in the fridge for 2 - 24 hours.
Cook onions and garlic and add the tomatoes.  
Add the marinate mix and cook on low heat for 3 hrs.

  
BOER GOAT MEAT BIRYANI

Ingredients:

450g cubed boer goat meat
200g rice
250g mixed veg
1 large onion
1 tin chopped tomatoes
4 garlic cloves
Pkt of Kitchen Guru biryani mix
Olive oil / frylite

In a pan slow fry boer goat meat in fry lite/ olive oil for 20 mins. 
Fry cardamons, cloves, add garlic, tomatoes. 
Stir in tumeric, cumin and coriander.  
Add cinnamon, fennel rice, goat meat, vegetables, 200ml water bring to the boil and then simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. 
Separately fry onions, once cooked add to the biryani mix. 
Finish with a dash of lemon juice and add garam masala
